PRAYER (in W.P.(MD) No.15685 of 2015): Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent i.e. the Secretary, TNPSC, Chennai to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2015 regarding re-fixation or her seniority based on the 20% reservation given to the persons studied in Tamil Medium (PSTM) as per G.O.Ms.No.145 P&AR Department dated 30.09.2010 within a time stipulated by this Court.
PRAYER (in W.P.(MD) No.15686 of 2015): Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent i.e. the Secretary, TNPSC, Chennai to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2015 regarding re-fixation or her seniority based on the 20% reservation given to the persons studied in Tamil Medium (PSTM) as per G.O.Ms.No.145 P&AR Department dated 30.09.2010 within a time stipulated by this Court.

Mr.K.K.Senthil (in both W.Ps.) C O M M O N O R D E R When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners made a submission that the last date of selection for the post of Assistant was 09.02.2011 and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
interview was held from June to July, 2012. However, the writ petitioners could able to secure the relevant certificates to avail the P.S.T.M.Quota from the University only on 19.11.2012. This apart, in a similar case, this Court, vide Judgment dated 07.11.2014 in W.A.No.408 of 2014, has rejected the claim the of the writ petitioner therein.
2. This being the factum, the writ petitioners have not established the grievances warranting an interference by this Court and hence, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petitions. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand closed. No costs.
