ORDER

The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 5 in Crime No.650 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent, which was registered for the offence under Sections 191(1), 324(2), 115(2), 118(1), 127(2), 351(2) and 303(2) of BNS 2023. They have moved this petition to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.650 of 2025 registered against them, on the ground of compromise.

2. Though this petition has been filed on the ground of compromise, there is no material placed before this Court that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. In the absence of any material, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
