W.P.(MD)No.21056 of 2019 writ petitioner to approach the District Educational Officer (DEO), Madurai, through the Headmaster of the School where the writ petitioner studied (in accordance with proceedings dated 29.04.2019 made by Joint Director (personnel) of the Department of Government Examinations bearing reference Na.Ka.No.233847/B5(2)/2019 (page No.8 of the typed set of papers forming part of the case file)) may please be preserved.

2. Permitted to withdraw.

3. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file. Endorsement is reiterated.

4. In the light of the endorsement and reiteration of the same, instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. No costs.
