O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue the Legal Heir Certificate of the petitioner's mother based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2019. 2.The petitioner is the legal heir of one Vasuki. The said Vasuki died on 26.11.2018 leaving the petitioner and her husband as legal heirs. The petitioner has applied for legal heir certificate on-line vide reference No.TN 7201903062070, dated 06.03.2019. Since, the second respondent did not receive hard copy of this application, he did not process.

3.Now that the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that if the applicant applies on-line in the prescribed format and submits his application along with necessary documents, the respondent will issue the certificate.

4.Accordingly, a direction is given to the petitioner to submit hard copy of the application made by him in prescribed format along with necessary documents before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such application being submitted by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to process the same within a period of four weeks therefrom.

5.With the above directions, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
