O R D E R
This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Notice in Na.Ka.No.04/G4PS/Pudhu/2024, dated 18.08.2024 issued by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to grant permission and police protection to conduct the Sami Azhaippu and Sami Alaithuthu Orukkul Varduhal is scheduled to be held on 02.09.2024 and "Kidavettu Poojai" is schedule to be held on 03.09.2024 in Madaiyakaruuppar situated at Arasanthampatti Peraiyur, Pdukkottai District.

It is seen from the records that the petitioner has earlier filed a writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.17660 of 2024 and this Court, after considering the submission made by the both parties, directed the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders by imposing necessary conditions.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, the petitioner was permitted and the petitioner has also performed "Kidavettu" with his family and on that basis, the petitioner has again sought for police protection for conducting Sami Azhaippu and Sami Alaithuthu Orukkul Varduhal scheduled to be held on 02.09.2024 and "Kidavettu Poojai" is schedule to be held on 03.09.2024.
4. Mr.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the particular group in that village would submit that 'Sami Azhaippu and Sami Alaithuthu Orukkul Varduhal' have to be performed jointly and not by any particular family.
5. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief. Hence, this petition is dismissed. No costs. 29.08.2024 NCC : Yes/ No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 3/5
