This Petition is filed to set aside and to modify condition (ii) imposed upon the petitioner in connection with the impugned order passed by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3702 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. Considering the difficulty expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, since the anticipatory bail is granted, the condition cannot be set aside, but however, it is modified as follows:
"The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 5:00 pm for a period of one week and thereafter the condition shall stand relaxed."
