Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notice issued by the second respondent vide Na.Ka.No.3316/2014 Sa.Pa dated 25.09.2014 and consequential notice vide Na.Ka.No.3316/2014 Sa.Pa (1) dated 02.07.2015 and quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondents from any way interfering with their functions as Members of the Board of Thulaiyanatham Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society Limited.

None appeared for the writ petitioners. The matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today ie., 08.09.2023 also there is no appearance for the petitioners.

2.I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The petitioners have questioned the notice issued by the 2/4

second respondent under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983. The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that the writ petition has become infructuous because final order itself came to be passed disqualifying the writ petitioners on 28.08.2015.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
