ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused herein, apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No. 414 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 06.08.2023, at about 8.30 p.m., when the defacto complainant and his friend were returning home after attending a function, the petitioners along with other accused gathered and assaulted the defacto complainant and his friend with deadly weapons. The defacto complainant sustained grievous injury in his head and body and admitted in the hospital. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are innocents, they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. They have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the defacto complainant / injured person is still in hospital.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the gravity of offences, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 2/3
