PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide necessary police protection to run a Marry Fire Works in Survey Nos,519/1, 2 , 3, 566/1C, 550/4 in the Anupankulam Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District in view of the representation, dated 10.02.2015.

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide necessary police protection to run a Marry Fire Works in Survey Nos,519/1, 2 , 3, 566/1C, 550/4 in the Anupankulam Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.The petitioner sought police protection to run a Marry Fire Works in Survey Nos,519/1, 2, 3, 566/1C, 550/4 in the Anupankulam Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District through his representation dated 10.02.2015. Now, almost 5 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
