ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice dated 02.06.2018 issued by the respondent in respect of gold loan ticket and further direct the respondent to return the gold jewels pledged in respect of gold loan ticket No.15013 forthwith.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
