O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in crime No.105 of 2018 dated 13.03.2018 on the file of the 1st respondent as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that after due investigation, the 1st respondent filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Eraniel and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.132 of 2019 and after trial, the said case is ended in acquittal and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
