(through Video Conference) Heard Mr. V.O.S.Kalaiselvam, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

2.There is no representation for the Second Respondent when the matter is called today.

3.Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that in the impugned order dated 19.03.2015 in C.P. No. 40 of 2012 passed by the Labour Court, Madurai under Section 33-C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Petitioner was required to pay a sum of Rs. 27,000/- to the Second Respondent and that the said amount has been paid to her by arriving at a comprehensive settlement through its Union Leader after the filing of this Writ Petition. He has also filed a memo dated 26.07.2021 to that effect through e-mail, which has been placed on record.
