ORDER

The present petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.2350 of 2016 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai City, to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID Wing, Madurai District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that now the investigation in Crime No.2350 of 2016 has been completed and final report has also been filed and the offence was taken cognizance in C.C.No.31 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.
