O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.51 of 2016 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Aruppukkottai as against the petitioner, having been taken cognizance for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 of IPC.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case in S.C.No.51 of 2016 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Aruppukkottai has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
