The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.9 of 2019. It was registered on 15.07.2019. 2 1⁄2 years have passed away. Still the final report has not been filed. The delay on part of the respondent cannot be appreciated. The respondent is directed to file the final report within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
