The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the first respondent police has completed investigation in this case and filed a final report before the concerned court and the same was taken cognizance. 3.Since the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
