This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the third respondent dated 06.06.2018 and further forbear the respondents 1 to 5 from granting permission to perform Festival in the Sri Velayuthaswamy Sri Veerabathira - Sri Balamurugan - Sri Karuppanasamy - Sri Kaliamman Kovil, situated at Sivanoor Village, Kurunthanakottai Group, Thoonugudi Post, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District by the seventh respondent. 2/5

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
