ORDER

The present petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.590 of 2016 from the fourth respondent to the third respondent.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pending the present petition, the crime has been enquired into and closed as 'mistake of fact'.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18361 of 2016 no further adjudication is required in this case and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
