ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband Raja is having eight previous cases and that the third respondent under the guise of enquiry came to the petitioner's house during night hours and criminally intimidated her, for which, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 16.08.2024 to the respondents and is pending.

3. Since the petitioner has raised allegations against the third respondent, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2024 and take a decision within a period of 2/4

two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
