ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice issued by the second respondent in proceedings Ref. No. M1A6/010003/18 dated 25.05.2018. Through the impugned notice, the respondent Corporation informed the petitioner to remove the petitioner's building on the ground that it is in a dilapidated condition.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent would once again inspect the property to ascertain its present condition and, after affording an opportunity of hearing to both the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5, pass appropriate orders. In the event it is found that the building in question is in a dilapidated condition endangering public safety, necessary steps shall be taken to remove the same.
