ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Watrap, Virudhunagar District to take up and early dispose of the Ad-interim injunction petition filed in I.A.No.2 of 2025 made in 1/4

O.S.No.3 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Watrap.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit in O.S.No.3 of 2025 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Watrap seeking declaration, permanent injunction and other reliefs, against the respondents herein. Pending suit, the petitioner herein filed a petition in I.A.No.2 of 2025 under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 r/w Section 151 CPC seeking temporary injunction.

3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Watrap to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.3 of 2025 within a reasonable time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

5. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.3 of 2025 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
