ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Driver working in the Zonal Entomological Office at Tirunelveli, challenging his order of transfer from Tirunvleli to Tiruvannamalai.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has been re-transferred to Mukkoodal in Tirunelveli and the order of transfer dated 03.07.2023 has been modified.
