O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner claims that the petition mentioned land is his absolute property and the private respondents are in illegal occupation of the same. The petitioner has given a complaint against the private respondents as early as in the year 2003 leading to registration of Crime No.74 of 2013. From this single circumstance, one can come to the conclusion that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is quite old. It is for the petitioner to workout his remedy before the jurisdictional civil Court. The question of invoking section 482 of CrPC does not arise.
