:No 2 Respondent/Defacto Complainant Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.279 of 2010 under Sections 147, 342, 285, 353 and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed to quash the case registered in Crime No.279 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the case registered in Crime No.279 of 2010 has been closed under Section 468 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, on the ground of limitation by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Tuticorin.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
