This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 156 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order made in M.C.O.P.No.1604 of 2023, dated 24.10.2024, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/The Special District Judge, Madurai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. The learned counsel for R1 to R3 appeared and stated that he do not have any objection in allowing this Petition. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
