The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to hand over the physical possession of the property in Ayan Survey No.178, Plot No.49, situated at Alli Nagaram Village, Karuvelnackanpatti, Theni, within a time frame.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent - Bank submitted that the Bank has handed over the possession of the aforesaid property to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
