ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai,vide the letter in D.No.907/2022, dated 16/06/2022 and none appearance of the both the counsels, this court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2.It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 02.12.2020, has directed the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai, has submitted a requisition letter, dated 14.06.2022, through the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai, seeking further period of 12 months for disposing the above said case. In the letter submitted by the learned Magistrate, it has been stated that only P.W.1 was examined.

3.Though this Court has directed the learned Magistrate to dispose of the said case within a period of twelve months, vide order dated 02.12.2020, there is no progress. Hence, the learned https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
