This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to transfer the petitioner's son namely Saba @ Sabarathinam from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Central Prison, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
