PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur to complete the trial in C.C.No. 130 of 2018 within the time stipulated by this Court and further direct the respondent to produce the witnesses in the trial court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur to complete the trial in C.C.No. 130 of 2018 within the time stipulated by this Court and further direct the respondent to produce the witnesses in the trial court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the case is under trial and some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur to complete the trial in C.C.No.130 of 2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on all hearing dates without fail. If the petitioner fails to appear before the trial court on the hearing dates,the trial Court shall take action against the petitioner in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
