ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 09.07.2019 in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in Ar.O.P.No.161 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of Ar.O.P.No.161 of 2018 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the Arbitration Original Petition in Ar.O.P.No.161 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli was disposed of by order dated 22.02.2021.

3. In view of the above, as already the Arbitration Original Petition itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
