ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is a suspended employee. According to him, his services are yet to be regularised and there are also salary arrears.

3. It is open to the petitioner to seek a positive direction and if the petitioner can make out a case, he would certainly be granted. I am not inclined to issue a mere direction to the third respondent which is a private aided school to dispose of the petitioner's representation.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to ask for a positive direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
