Prayer in Crl.A(MD)No.136 of 2024:- Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14(A)(2) of the Schedule Castes and Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act, 2015 (Amended by Act 1 of 2016), to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 01.02.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.110 of 2024 in S.C.No.35 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Thoothukudi, and set aside the same as illegal and enlarge the appellant on bail by allowing the Criminal Appeal. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. C. Karthikeyan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M. Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:
"This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.136 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner 2/4
has been complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD) No.136 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court as and when required for interrogation.
