ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is seeking for a Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.5967/B1/13 dated 24.12.2013 to quash the same and to direct the respondent to accept monthly statements containing the details of teaching as well as non-teaching staffs, their pay and allowances etc., submitted by the Secretary of the petitioner school.

2.The writ petition has been filed being aggrieved against the order issued directing payment of salary to the staff directly. When the writ petition was admitted, an order of interim stay was granted and thereby, the petitioner had been receiving the grants directly from the respondents. Pending this writ petition, the respondents have also approved the present school committee, thereby the petitioner would be entitled to receive the grant directly. 2/4

3.In view of the subsequent event, namely approving of the school committee, no further orders are required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
