ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.07.2019, seeking upward revision of pay scale entitled for Technical Assistant.
2.Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's name was recommended by the District Employment Officer, Theni, for the selection for the post of Technical Assistant in Central Sterilisation Service Department of Government Theni Medical College Hospital, Theni and interview was conducted and he was selected. The petitioner sent representation to the first respondent through the second respondent claiming pay scale of Rs.5300-150-8300. Thereafter, the petitioner sent a representation to the first respondent through second respondent on 02.07.2019 for revising the pay scale from Rs.4300-100-6000 to Rs.9300+4200 (G.P) as on 13.12.2007 and he has not received any reply so far. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without deciding the issue on merits in the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.08.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
