ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner died in the year 2018 itself. Since no steps have been taken till date to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased person, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. However, liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file application seeking to set aside the abatement. No costs.
