ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8, 7, 12, 11(i) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 altered into Section 5(1) r/w. 6, 8, 7, 12, 11(i) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.173 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The mobile phone has been seized from the petitioner and it has been sent to forensic laboratory for expert opinion. The matter has been kept on adjourned, the matter cannot be kept pending till the above said receipt of the report from the concerned department. So, the interim protection that was granted to the petitioner is made absolute.
