PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to all further proceedings pending before the 1st respondent in Ref.No.Na.Ka.G5/15179/2015 dated 08.06.2015 in connection with the appeal petition filed by the respondents 3 to 6 before the 2nd respondent seeking for cancellation of patta and quash the same, consequently, to direct the 2nd respondent to decide on merits on the appeal petition in Ref.No.3308/2011/N, dated 05.06.2015 by the 2nd respondent himself. 2.I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition.

3.As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the respondents 4 to 6, 2/4

what is under challenge in this Writ Petition is only enquiry notice and it does not infringe the rights of the petitioner.

4.If there is any UDR error, that can be corrected only by the 1st respondent and not by any other authority. It is also stated that a civil suit is pending between the parties. Therefore, the order that may be passed by the 1st respondent will also be eventually subject to the outcome of the civil suit. 5.With this observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
