This case is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned". 2.This Court has directed to consider after the constitution of the Waqf Board. Today, it is submitted that the Waqf Board is constituted. 3.Therefore, in the order, dated 27.11.2025, the paragraph No.4, is substituted with the following paragraph:

"4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2019, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the 4th respondent, and any other interested parties, within a peirod of eight weeks from the date of constitution of the Waqf Board."

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copies to the parties.
