ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners either by conducting Kangaroo court based on the false complaint or by interfering in the civil dispute, as per the Deputy General of Police circular vide C.No.18/ADGP/L&O/camp/2024 dated 09.01.2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent earlier before the Tallakulam Police Station, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed and subsequently the third respondent has given second complaint before the second respondent and on that basis, enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was closed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that first time, the third respondent has given complaint before the Melur Police Station and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

4. Since the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on the basis of the third complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner in any way.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
