PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.382/2013 dated 21.12.2013 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to pay the benefits of earned leave of 114 days put in the earned leave account of the petitioner while serving as Record Clerk in the 4th Respondent School and consequently to revise the pensionary benefits of the petitioner together with interest.

In such circumstances, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.
