ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to issue direction to the third respondent to rectify the land records in UDR mistakes of the petitioner's lands situated in Survey 2/6

Nos.102/5 and 102/9 of Poolankurichi Village, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2013, within a period of stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent by enclosing a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
