2. Mr.Lal Bahadur Kennedy had submitted Form-VII to the first respondent regarding the removal of Mr.D.Augustin from the membership of The Kovilpatti Tamil Babtist Schools Association. Augustin has also submitted his objection on 15.11.2021.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider the contentions of both the parties before taking decision on filing of the Form-VII submitted by Lal Bahadur Kennedy. The first respondent is also directed to hear Mr.Augustin as well as Mr.Lal Bahadur Kennedy in person before passing final decision. The entire exercise shall be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. These writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
