ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition coming up for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, in D.No.490/2020 dated 24.06.2020 and none appearing for both sides, this Court made the following order: By order dated 03.10.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of STC.No.2323 of 2016 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.801 dated 29.06.2020 wherein, the learned Judge stating that after he assumed full additional charge from 16.03.2020, due to Covid-19 lockdown, trial could not be conducted, requested for extension of six months to comply with the above order dated 03.10.2019. 3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
