O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct survey and to include the correct measurement and diagram in UDR Patta in Survey Sketch in Survey No.642/2A to an extent of 36 Cents situated at Madathupatti Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 19.06.2023 and 20.07.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation dated 20.07.2023 was made seeking a survey and to include the correct measurement and diagram in UDR Patta of the subject property. Since no action has been taken by the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that after considering the claims of all parties, appropriate steps would be taken on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2023, on merits and in accordance with law. Notice shall be issued to the petitioner and the owners of relevant adjacent lands and appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any 3/6
rival claims, the same can be agitated before the competent civil court. No costs.
