It is represented that the second respondent/de facto complainant died on 21.12.2022. A copy of the Death Certificate of the second respondent/de facto complainant is filed before this Court.

2. The petitioner (party-in-person) seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam is directed to proceed with the trial in C.C.No.119 of 2021 and dispose it of, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
