ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent to provide adequate police protection to the Petitioners and their family members to worship their family goddess, namely, Veerachinnammal by considering the representation dated 13.03.2022.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the so called temple is now situated in the Government Poramboke land. There had been rival claims between the Petitioners and the third Respondent, which is to be shorted out only through the civil Court and not through Writ Petition before this Court. He would further submit that based on the complaint received from the Petitioners, the 2/4

second Respondent had conducted an enquiry and had advised both the parties to seek their relief through the Civil Court.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioners to seek their remedy through the Civil Court. No costs. 15.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No mm TO:
