Respondents Prayer :- Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal procedure code, To call for the records in C.C.No.57 of 2016 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District and Quash the same as against the Petitioners ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Honourable Court dt.09.10.2020 and a letter recieved from the Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi,in D.No. 1533 /2021 dt.13/10/2021 this Court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption "Extension of Time for Trial Court".

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 09.10.2020, has directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District, to complete the trial in C.C.Nos.57 and 341 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, at request of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, this Court vide order dated 30.06.2021 has granted three(3) months further time. The learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, has submitted a letter dated 13.10.2021, stating that C.C.Nos.57 and 241 of 2016 are pending for defence side evidence and these cases are posted on 11.11.2021 and seeks further three (3) months time for disposal of the said cases. 3.Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time sought for. Accordingly, three(3) months time is granted to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
