ORDER

This writ petition is filed to quash the impugned selection list of 4000 Nos. of Helper (trainee) by Direct Recruitment 2013-2014 prepared by the respondents.

2. The claim of the petitioner is that he has secured National Trade Certificate (NTC) with 80.71% of marks and National Apprenticeship certificate (NAC) with 68.8% of marks. Inspite of the same, the respondents have not considered the candidature of the petitioner. Aggrieved over the same, this writ petition is filed.

3. It is seen from the records that the selection process was conducted in the year 2013-2014. As on date, the petitioner is aged about 47 years. Due to efflux of time and the age of the petitioner, the prayer sought for by the writ petitioner cannot be considered now.
