O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.285 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the case was registered for the offence under Section 304(A) of IPC, the petitioner was a juvenile. The first respondent had made ready the final report but he did not file the same before the Juvenile Justice Board till date. The first respondent is directed to file the final report before the jurisdictional Juvenile Justice Board within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is for the petitioner to workout his rights in the manner known to law.
