The present petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in in Na.Ka.No.434/Ni.Che.Na. & Ka.Thu.Aa/Thi.Ma./2016, dated 08.09.2016 initiated under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Now, due to efflux of time, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and hence, the same is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
